really and honestly this picture represents what i am starting to see everywhere, everyone no matter is being treated just like the last person that came in with the same underlying condition. for example i took care of an elderly lady 98 i believe she came in with a fall, she had dementia alzheimers related and, her disease process had gotten so bad she sat and just picked at stuff, no communicating, couldn’t follow commands, couldn’t do anything but her plan of care was exactly the same as a 50 year old that that passed out and fell that was awake and oriented and everything else was fine with them.
