I am 39 years old LVN California resident. 6 months ago, i shoplifted a $52.00 item (Hair conditioner) from a store and was caught. I was booked but my lawyer turned the accusation into an infraction.

I was stopped and the officer told me I was doing 86 in a 55 mph zone. I looked at my speedometer and yes I was speeding but not as fast as they say. Could I possibly not get my RN license because of it? I live in Arkansas and just started RN school.

When you renew your nursing license, are fingerprints required? I have heart this is a new law but I didnt find anything about it on the Florida board of nursing website.
