So here is the problem, nurses are graduating all over the country and many of them are not getting jobs. The media, politicians are talking about the nursings shortage and how we can fix it by opening more nursing programs to train more nurses. But nobody is publically addressing the shortage of jobs for new nurses. I think this is a great place to talk about the problem and see what kind of solutions we can come up with. I figure on average at least 10-20% of nurses graduating in May aren't going to find jobs. What does everybody else think?
