My RN ex wife turned herself in for diverting controlled substances at her workplace in an ER. I was actually the one who caught her. Long story for another time. Anyway, she had her license suspended and went through a lengthy process to get it back. I was able to find information on her case including a summary of her testimony. I was shocked at how many false statements she made. Well, not too shocked, par for the course. My question is: What are the potential consequences to lying under oath to the state board? This is in Wisconsin.
