LPN -RN

I started back to school in my late 40's and received my LPN that was 12 years ago, then I went back for my RN IN 2011 and my instructor who didn't like me failed me for 1 point in Professional development two weeks before graduation. I was devastated didn't know how I was going to go on -managed thru the grace of GOD ONLY.Have researched several schools since. Now have since moved from the Midwest to the east coast and am in my early 60's want to get my RN because now it has become a personal goal but there is always something that get's in the way most recently I have to have surgery so I had to drop my classes for spring I am a bit discouraged but still want to go on I'm very persistent ,but since I moved can't seem to find a job in this BSN world and being over 60. Any suggestions? I need some words of encouragement from the nursing world.I failed to mention in a world of 'It's who you know" I don't have any connections I know no one and am still looking for employment.
