1. Is it hard to find a job with a DUI on your record for a LVN?
2. Will the state of California license you with a DUI on your record?

Hi Sheri,
You can find a job in California with a DUI, and the state will most likely license you, provided that you have taken all the necessary steps to rehabilitate.
