I need some advice. I have been on probation for 2 years. I am near the end of my probation and the state board just sent me a letter to bring to a notary for prescription monitoring. I have depression so I take celexa for it. Part of my consent judgement said I have to comply with med therapy. I have complied BUT due to loss of work after getting put on probation...I couldn't afford the medication anymore so they have been donated to me. So when they pull up my prescription history its not going to show where I got it filled every month. So now I fear them saying I was non-compliant even though I have been. In fear of losing my license over this:-((
