If you had proof of how the money was spent than why the charge, regardless of you did not have a good lawyer or not? I would not check the box "no" on any form that ask about legal offensives. Then you have committed two violations according to the standard of nursing...A) False statement is a lie according to the state board of nursing. Then you are setting yourself up for disciplinary action. B) Incorrect validation on a form and consenting everything on the form is the truth. Read the fine line and the pentaly for lying. I would just renew my license online and pay the fee and see what happens. I did this and so far so good. But, I also got a letter from my lawyer to present to the BON if they do catch up with me I am prepared that they will. If they know you may have a problem.
