Unfair nursing eval

I am hoping that this message comes out clearly.
The nursing program I was attending was basically a mafia run bully machine. During the first few weeks of school the professors and instructers do whatever they can to pick off the weak, sending students home as quickly as possible to ensure that their NCLEX rate stays high.
We have an opportunity to do eat evaluation 3 times, after the 3rd time you either pass and stay or your fail and you are out.
My first eval I did PERFECTLY but went over the alloted time by a few seconds, and I was failed.
The second eval was immesurably harder. The instrcutor breathing down my neck and checking her watch every second and I cracked and forgot a step.

The final Eval is the make it or break it eval. At the eval the instructer and the head of nursing come to watch. They stood me on the opposite side of the patient from where all the materials were. I asked them to put me on the correct side where I had learned and would therefore have accsess to my instruments without needing to lean over the patient to get everything.

They mumbled an excuse and told me no. Naturally, I failed the exam. Needing to lean over the patient for each step and doing the task in a way I never learned did not work out well for me.

And now I am really upset. There is no doubt in my mind that I was given an unfair eval, and I am trying to assess what my options might be.
