I was declined by DHS to work at a nursing facility. I was charged with Possession of Paraphenilia in Sept of 2016. I got my nursing license in February and applied at my first job. DHS denied my sorry letter. I have the right to appeal, I need ideas on what to right that will make them accept my apology.
