I have been out of school for one year, doing really well in my first RN job. I truly do love my job and coworkers - it's the only way to get through some of those tough days.
I have enrolled for fall classes to start working on BSN. My plan is to go part-time for 1 year and to continue working FT. Then, I'd like to reverse that and work PT, do school FT.
At the same time I am thinking of starting a family. I have been married for almost 4 years and think I am ready to make that step.
My problem is this: how can I do it all? I will be finishing up school, wanting to keep working PT (nights), and having a baby? My husband works night shift too so I don't know who could do child care all night... Any tips from you seasoned RN's who have managed to juggle all the hats?
