NCLEX

I am currently a nursing student with two semesters left. Eleven years ago, I was charged with Tranactional Card Fraud and I was given first offenders with 5 yrs probation and a fine. I have paid my fine, and completed probation and have never gotten into any trouble since. Recently I had to go to my local Sherrif's office to get a background check. The only thing on my background was Failure To Appear (Dismissed). I was arrested because the court sent my court date information to the wrong address. So does this mean that the original charged is not in my records? I am anxiously awaiting the day of graduation so that I can sit for NCLEX.....Will this stop me from sitting for NCLEX?
