1. What persuaded you to become a nurse?
2. As a nurse what do you see as the negative aspect of nursing is?
3. Since you have been a member of RealityRn what might you find wrong with this website?
4. In what ways if any do you think that this website focuses on the negativity instead of the postive side of nursing?
5. In your opinion what major improvements would balance out the pro's and con's of RealityRn?

1. my mom. i knew i was a nurturer. i wanted to be a nurse and a mom. my mom was my biggest influence.
2. i don’t see any negativity. healthcare is a constant revolving door. things yesterday are new and that much more challenging today.
3. i enjoy this site. keeps me updated.
4. i like the “both” sides of nursing views.
