the problem when people ask this question is there are so many factors influencing the starting salary, on average however your base pay is likely to be between 21-23/hr. This can be greatly affected by nightshift, weekend option(if available) etc. I have 9 years of exp, my base is 29 and i do weekend option nights which adds 12/hr making my regular pay 41/hr plus i work 4 shifts every week so i get 8 of OT every week on top of that. So i make 6 figures with only 9 yrs exp, ive been making around 6 figures for a while too, even with only 3 years of exp i made 75-85 so as i said the salary can be fluctuated greatly. Look for a good organization that offers regular overtime and competitive pay
