Check out our interview with Connie Vance: “More than Just a Preceptor”. Connie Vance is the pioneer in the area of nurse mentoring. I’d also check out her book “The Mentor Connection in Nursing.” By looking through the bibliography, I’m sure you’ll find more great resources. Good luck.
