I have been waiting to come and work in U.S.A. since 2006 April.
I can't come there because of retrogression. I would like to ask a question to fellow RNs' those who are already there, whether there is anthing which you all could do to pass a bill to end retrogression so that many of the RNs those who are waiting for a green card can come and can reduce the nursing shortage?

The only thing we can do is contact our Congressmen and Senators urging them to sponsor and support Bills to end the nursing shortage in USA and end the retrogression.

As nurses, we also must improve our image and work environments to encourage nurses to continue practicing.
