I am looking for nursing students that failed a nursing course at Texas A&M in Corpus Christi because of failure to meet the 75% test average or for clinical failure. Actually, if you failed the course for any reason I would like to talk about it with you. I am exploring the option of filing a lawsuit against the university for dismissing me from the program only one class before graduation. I was dismissed because my clinical instructor decided I was not ready to move on and accused me of being unsafe at the hospital. I had taken this same clinical course the semester prior and my clinical instructor at that time stated that I was ready and that I did well during my clinical rotation.
