Any particular reason you’re looking to hire private-duty instead of going through a visiting nurses’ agency or homecare agency?
The problem with hiring privately for this kind of thing is that if the person you hire gets sick you are kind of stuck without a replacement.
Also you should consider the law in your area with regards to RNs supervising CNAs in the home setting, there are some pretty serious liability considerations for the RN in question without an agency or medical director backing him or her up.
