1. Is it hard to find a job with a DUI on your record for a LVN?
2. Will the state of California license you with a DUI on your record?

Hi Sheri,
You can find a job in California with a DUI, and the state will most likely license you, provided that you have taken all the necessary steps to rehabilitate. I would contact the board directly, they can give you the best advice as to what is going to happen. Here’s the website… http://www.bvnpt.ca.gov/

Edward you have 2 DUI’s? If you dont mind me asking what loops did you have to jump through to keep your license active? Did the BON revoke your license temporarily?
