My nursing application for testing was denied due to a misdemeanor domestic violence with a sibling. I'm going before the board of nursing in a few months. I have no idea what to expect or what the process is. What is the likelyhood of me getting to take my nclex?

I graduated from college with my ADN in 1995. I never received my license after 2 failed attempts to get it. I am wondering what it would take to sit for the test. How could I do this? Are there refresher courses that I can take or do I need to start over again and go back to college?
