My wife has completed her BSN at the Philippines University, the board of nursing requested her clinical lab hours from the university, but the university lost the clinical lab hours through flooding in manila, how do we recover her lab hours or are there any other options besides taking the whole course again? Thank you

So my search is, is there any school out there that would allow Nursing students who fail a class and are unable to get readmitted into their own previous schools, to retake a class, just that particular class, instead of having to go through a Nursing curriculum again, online or on campus? So that I can take my boards?

When should administering fluids be encouraged or restricted. I have a general picture of when fluids should be restricted such as for patients on dialysis and patients with heart failure, fluid overload of course but what other medical conditions should a nurse encourage or restrict fluid intake.

I was in a 5 semester BSN nursing program. This program has very similar rules compared to any other nursing program. If a student fails 2 or more nursing courses they will be dismissed from the program. Also, their grading scale is different. You must get a 77% or better cumulatively in each course.
