3 Counts of Petty Theft

I just graduated from Practical Nursing School in Florida and I received a letter from the FL BON yesterday stating that since I am currently on probation I have to go before the board for a review of my application in order for them to make a decision about denying or approving my application for a license. Has anybody else been through this? DO they offer supervised licenses or a probationary license?

Thank you!

Jess

yes, all the time. Be honest. State how and why you have changed. You do need to finish probation first, and it depends whether that you did was a moral issue. Ie; fraud againest elderly, children etc. Next time, try to FINISH your probation; it is more convincing.
