How do I get hired as a city nurse or government nurse? Is there an exam I need to take? What can I do to get into that. I am an LPN, and I'd like some help with this.
Or is there a site you can recommend me to apply through?

The VA health care system has a site specifically devoted to job opportunities. It is: http://www.vacareers.va.gov. There are many listings for LPN positions. In regard to city jobs, I’d start with doing an internet search for the health department in the city you’re interested in.
