I would like to know if anyone has encountered being discriminated at work--gotten paid less than your coworkers when you know it is not based on your performance/your experience. If yes, any suggestions on how I should deal with this issue?

What type of evaluation program does your job use? Our hospital recently went to a pay-for-performance evaluation rather than the standard “years of experience” evaluation.
