Hello, colleagues!
LONG ago, about 1984, I found (and I believe it was in our Nurse Practice Act) a little paragraph indicating that we are permitted to practice independently, using our R.N. licensure - in any area in which we became additionally certified.
Recently, I had need of this little paragraph again...but I cannot locate the old ones I had made copies of! So I looked at the Nurse Practice Act on line, and simply cannot find "The Paragraph"- any "equivalent statement."
Can anyone help me find such content - in the Nurse Practice Act...OR ELSEWHERE...in "official" literature?
