I am a nurse from another country interested in working in the USA. I have family in Florida, and see this as an attractive option. At the moment, I have 'indemnity insurance' in the country I work in, but they won't cover me to work in the USA. How much do nurses pay in the US (and Florida in particular) for indemnity insurance and what sort of 'coverage levels' are expected?
