I am looking into moving to Albuquerque, NM. Any advice as to which hospitals are great to work at or not?

Try hooking up with a travel nursing agency or even a local nursing agency, then you can “try out” several hospitals before deciding which one you want to stay at. Some travel nurse programs will even pay for part of your moving expenses.
