I have a board action against me. My nursing license is encumbered and I cannot get my foot through the door anywhere.  It seems to me that no matter what steps I have taken to correct my mistake I can't find a job anywhere.  BSN's seem to have programs and directions for professionals who are impaired but not those of us that come before them for other reasons.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?  I have found that the jobs that are available would place me in a unrealistic situation.  There would be no backup help.  I just need to know that I am not alone.
