Hello, I am wondering if anyone can reassure me that I will be able to get my RN license in VA. I am currently starting my FIRST semester Nursing school. I have a misdemeanor for selling marijuana under age from 3 years ago. Of course my drug test was clean, and would be for any one who wanted to test me at any time. I am worry that the state of VA will deny my application for licensure because of this...it is so embarassing... Does anyone have any advice or insight? VA does not allow expungement of convictions of any type no matter how old, and I am stuck with this humiliating problem forever.
