    If you haven’t been convicted of anything, I doubt there’s a problem. RN’s are not priests. Stuff happens.

    Uh, yeah. You will be fine.

    The only reason you wont be able to get your license is serious offenses: like drug/ alcohol , sexually related convictions.

    3 bounced checks aren’t a problem but in most states, but serious financial irresponsibility can be (Cali – you should recheck the statutes). Some states will do a finanical background check and if there are SERIOUS issues, yo could be in trouble-such as federal loan payment defaults, unpaid child support, etc. Many states are also doing background checks for any court action, which can in be a problem with getting licensed. So be sure you are responsible form now on-lots of us bounce checks now and again, but learn to guard against it inthe future.
