I am in the process of creating a CEU reimbursement package for RNs at our office. I wasn't able to find much information on the Internet, so I'm asking this question here. What does your employer offer for CEU or tution reimbursement programs? I'm particularly interested in the dollar amounts and what that includes, specifically travel and lodging expenses.Thanks for your help!

I've been hearing that most hospitals don't really hire LVNs as much as before and it's now RN or BSN that they hire. Most LVNs now get hired in convalescent homes or care homes. Is this true? Do LVNs still have a promising job at hospitals?
