I am just starting school (in the fall) and concerned with the job market. Anyone know if AZ RN's (2yr) are finding jobs? I plan on achieving a BSN someday. I'm 46 and feeling like I have started this way too late. Thanks to everyone who responds.

I am having a hard time adjusting to the transition from school to work.

Ok we have medication adminstration tests at the beginning of every semester. They have now made a rule that if you dont get 100% by the third time you fail the nursing class regaurdless of the grade you have. Why is this done? My daughter took the fundamentals of nursing you need a 77 she got 76.35 she re-took it got same grade. She appealled the grade to no avail . She was dismissed from the program and appealled again was denied.
